My interest in family law is deeply personal—it’s driven by a strong commitment to empowering women and standing firmly against abuse and injustice.
As both a mother and a spouse, I understand the emotional complexities that often come with family disputes. I use that insight to support my clients with compassion, patience, and clarity, especially during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
I take pride in my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. With cultural sensitivity and respect at the heart of my approach, I ensure my clients feel heard, understood, and represented. My strong communication skills allow me to clearly express my clients’ needs in written agreements, in negotiations, and in court. Whether drafting legal documents or appearing before a judge, I remain focused on the key legal issues, carefully analyzing the facts and building strong, persuasive arguments to protect my clients’ rights and interests.

I come from a family deeply rooted in the law. My father began as a lawyer before serving on the bench, and my sister followed a similar path. Yet, while my family’s life revolved around justice and courtrooms, I felt pulled in a different direction. My passion lies in ancient stories, relics, and architecture. I dreamed of being an archaeologist or history teacher, immersing myself in the past.
After completing my bachelor’s degree in history, geography, and economics, I enrolled in a master’s program in Ancient Indian History, Culture, and Archaeology, I soon enrolled in law school, taking my first steps down a path that would lead me to a career. In the year 2005, I became a lawyer in India. Becoming a lawyer opened doors, revealing a new sense of purpose that I began to embrace. This new path became a blend of discipline and discovery, and over time, I realized that my passion for history and storytelling had found a place within the legal field, where each case held its own narrative and legacy.
In 2014, I became a lawyer in Canada, adding a new chapter to my journey. This transition marked not only a professional milestone but also a personal one, as I began building my life and career in a place that felt like a new frontier.
I started my practice in real estate law, gradually expanded my practice to include family law and wills and estates, bringing balance to my work and allowing me to support clients through some of life’s most personal and pivotal moments. Each area brought its own challenges and rewards, deepening my commitment to providing comprehensive legal guidance.
